Choosing the right price for your home is one of the most important components of the selling process. While online estimates can be a good place to start, together we will assess a more accurate estimate based on local trends, the condition of your home, similar homes in the area, and more. Analyzing and Accepting the Right Offer...
Once your home is on the market and a buyer is interested, he or she will submit an offer through their agent. Together we will review all offers; the terms, pros and cons. Once all terms and conditions have been negotiated, and mutually accepted in writing, you are officially under contract. I will work with you through each next step that needs to be addressed right through until closing.
Close on Your Home
Once all terms and conditions have been met, a closing date will be firmly established. You will work with your attorney to transfer the ownership of your home to the buyer. Once closed, it is time to celebrate — it is time to move on to your next adventure.
